Voicethread - giving your silent students a voice.

How many times at the end of a lesson do you watch your students as they leave and realise how many have not spoken a word?  Voicethread is a great Web 2.0 tool that creates opportunities for those silent students to voice an opinion either by text, audio or images.

What's a voicethread?
(description borrowed from  the website)
A VoiceThread is a collaborative, multimedia slide show that holds images, documents, and videos and allows people to navigate slides and leave comments in 5 ways - using voice (with a mic or telephone), text, audio file, or video (via a webcam). Share a VoiceThread with friends, students, and colleagues for them to record comments too.
